4 Up down dog
16 Single let v-up
4 Deep squat complex
2 Rope get-up
4 Burpee box step over
6 Hang power snatch w/ empty bar

WOD:
EMOM x 24 (6 sets)
Minute 1: 1-3 Rope Climb (2-5 Rope get-up)
Minute 2: 5-10 Burpee Box Over (24/20″)
Minute 3: 6-10 Hang Power Snatch (105/75, 95/65, 80/50, 65/35)
Minute 4: Rest
