Strength:

10 minutes to work up to a heavy Overhead Squat

Conditioning:
9-7-5 Squat Snatch (155/105, 105/70, 70/45)
If you don’t fit into one of these levels use ~75% of 1RM
21-15-9 C2B Pull-ups (Scale to Chin Over Bar or Ring Rows)
