10 T-spine opener
6 Spiderman lunge w/ reach
8 Bootstrapper
10 Tuck jump
8 Cossack squat
10 Bird dog
8 Superman
6 Front rack lunge
10 WB

WOD:
A) Front Rack Lunge
12-12-12
*12 minutes, building.

B) EMOM x 10
At the start of every minute: 7/5 Air bike calorie or 9/7 Row calorie (Alternate between the two each round). Scale Row/Bike to keep under :30.
then
Max Wallball Shots in the remainder of the minute.
