A) Deadlift
10-8-6-4-2
15 minutes, 3 minutes for each set.
Begin at ~40% and add ~10% for each set. Double should be at ~80% of 1RM>

B) EMOM x 9 (3 sets)
Minute 1: 5-10 V-up complex (tuck up, tuck up & extend L/R leg in tuck, v-up)
Minute 2: 12 DB Bent over row (6 each side)
Minute 3: 6-12 Barbell glute bridge

Mobility:
1 minute sun salutations
1 minute puppy dog
1 min pigeon (each side)
1 minute standing straddle
