A) Front Squat +Lunge +Lunge
Build to a heavy set in 12 minutes.

B) 5 Rounds each for time of:
250/200m Row
25-50 DU (2-for-1 SU, these should be roughly :30 of work)
Rest 1 minute
*13 minute cap.

Mobility:
1:00 Couch stretch
1:00 Forward fold
