WOD
A) EMOM x 8 minutes (4 sets) alternate between:
12 DB step-up 20/18″
20 DB bent over row (10 each side)
B) EMOM x 5
:15 Wallball
:15 Hold at bottom w/ WB
:30 Air squat
C) Team Sled pull
In teams of 3-4 perform a 10 minute AMRAP of 150′ sled pulls.
Use a weight that allows you continuously move with no stops.
