“Baseline intervals”
2 Rounds each for time:
500m Row
40 Air Squats
30 AbMat Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups
3 minutes rest between rounds
23 minute time cap including rest. If the first round takes longer than 8 minutes then scale the second round in order to complete in under 20 minutes.
Extra: For those that finsh the baseline intervals in under 23 minutes, spend the remaining time seeing how high you can get on the “Flight Simulator” workout.
