10 Halo
5 Deep squat complex
6 BTN push press
8 Superman
8 Single arm DB push press (4 each side)
5 Yoga pushup
6 Lat pull
5 Scap pull
2 (Pullup + T2B)
WOD:
A) 5-5-5-5 Push Press Building
12 minutes including warm-up
B) 3 RFT of:
30 Alternating DB snatch (50/35#)
10 (T2B + Pullup)
*10 minute time cap.
Home WOD/Zoom:
A) If you don’t have the ability to build in push press, sub:
Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets)
2 wall walk up + 5-8 DB push press
B) Same as above
