8 Superman
12 Tuck-up
6 Front squat
6 Russian KBS
6 Front rack lunge

WOD:
A) 6-6-6-6 Front squat building
12 minutes including warm-up

B) 4 Rounds for quality of:
16 Russian KBS
16 Front rack lunge
Choose a weight for both movements that allows you to go unbroken. 15 minutes including warm-up.

Mobility:
1:00 Frog
1:00 Couch stretch
1:00 Forward fold
