Strength:

EMOM x 7 perform 2-3 Pause Front Squats using 70% of 1RM

Conditioning:
EMOM for 7 minutes:
7/4 Bar Facing Burpees at the top of every minute
AMRAP Squat Cleans in remaining minute
Use same load as Lurong Benchmark “NY Tester” 012115.

Post-WOD: Rope climb practice.
