Lurong Mini-WOD “Push Challenge” 3 minute AMRAP
Level III Handstand push-ups
Level II Hand release push-ups
Level 1 Hand release push-ups from knees

5 Rounds of:
1 minute AMRAP Rowing (meters)
:30 rest
1 minute AMRAP V-Ups
:30 rest
1 minute running clock perform 7 Deadlifts
Use 50% of 1RM or choose a level (205/145, 165/115, 135/95)
:30 rest
Record meters and reps for each rowing and v-up interval.
