Warm-up:

Bootstrapper
Jumping jax
Up down
Side to side hops
Reverse lunge
Yoga pushup
Hollow hold
Mountain climber
Burpee
then
1 minute inchworm lunge
1 minute row

WOD:
8-10 RFT:
250m Row (Scale to 200m)
10 Burpee Over Rower (Scale to 5-7 reps)
5 Bench Press (Building)

*Partner 1 completes a full round, while partner 2 rests, then switch.
25 minute cap. If Round 1 takes longer than 2:30, scale row and/or burpee. This should be a fast/tough effort!
