16 Fire hydrant
10 Cossack squat
4 DB step up
2 Man-maker

WOD:
A) Back Squat 10-8-6-4-2
*15 minutes building.

B) EMOM x 8 (4 sets)
Odd: 12-16 DB box step-up (20/18″, 50/35#)
Even: 3-5 DB man-maker (50/35#)

Mobility:
:45 Lizard
:45 Frog
