Presidents’ Day Schedule for Monday,February 17: Classes at 9:15am and 6pm only.

A) Every :90 for 7:30 (5 sets)
1 Legless rope climb (2-for-1 regular rope climb or get-ups)
10 Ring push-up

B) 3 Rounds each for time:

15 DB thrusters (50/35#)
:90 Rest

Mobility:
1:00 Straddle
1:00 Eagle
