8 Bootstrapper
15 Alternating DU/SU

WOD:
EMOM x 30 minutes (10 sets)
Minute 1: Air Bike
Minute 2: Burpee
Minute 3: DU/SU
Dial back intensity and move through this at a slow and steady pace.
