25 Jumping jax
5 Ring row w/ :2 pause at top
4 Inchworm lunge
4 DB floor press
4 Shuttle run
2 Strict HSPU

WOD:
EMOM x 8
Odd: 5-10 Strict HSPU (Scale to seated press)
Even: 7-15 Ring row

Rest 3 minutes

10 minute AMRAP:
10 Shuttle Run (Shuttle run= 25′ out and back)
10 DB floor press (50/35#)

Mobility:
:30 Child’s pose
:45 Low dragon
:45 Twisted cross
