President’s Day Schedule: Monday, Feb. 18
Classes at 9:15am and 6:00pm only.

A) Build to a new Front Squat max
14 minutes.

B) Team WOD
3 minute AMRAP: Max Pistols (1 person workng at a time)

6 minute AMRAP: 150m Run/Thrusters 95/65#
While P1 runs 150m, P2 & P3 accumulate AMREP of Thrusters with one person working at a time
When P1 returns from run P2 runs, followed by P3.

6 minute AMRAP: 200m Row/HSPU

6 minute AMRAP: 8/6 Assault bike calories/WB (20/14#)

3 minute max DU (1 person working at a time)
