WOD

Warm-up:
7 Bootstrapper
3 Inchworm lunge
8 Cossack squat
10 Tuck up
10 Single leg glute bridge
6 Cat cow
10 Superman
10 Top down deadlift in sumo stance
2 Rope get-up
3 V-up complex

WOD:
Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes (7 sets)
2 No Jump Rope climb (Rx+= legless, Scale= 3-4 Rope get-up)
7 Sumo Deadlift (Rx-255/175, Scale to keep sets UB, use no more than 65%)
9 V-up Complex (Tuck up + extend R, Extend L, V-up)

Mobility:
1:00 Lying knee twist
1:00 Seated forward fold
