A) 10 minutes to work up to a heavy Jerk.

B) For Time and max meters on erg:
In three-person teams
Row for max meters
200 Pull-up
100 Push press (135/95, 105/80, 85/60) Use no more than 65% of 1RM
Once the team completes all of the pull-up and push press complete a team 1000m run
