10 minutes to build to a heavy single.

B) 4-5 Intervals of:
1-minute max calorie row/Assault bike
1-minute max rep burpee
1-minute max C2B pullup
1-minute rest

Mobility:
1:00 Twisted cross each side
1:00 Puppy dog
1:00 Archer each side
