WOD:
A) 2 Front Squat
Spend 10 minutes building to a heavy double.

B) 5 Rounds for max reps:

:30 DB Front Squat (Rx-50/35, Scale I-35/25, Scale II-25/15)
:30 Rest
:30 Burpee over DB
:30 Rest

Mobility:
1:30 Couch stretch
