3 Deadlift + 2 Hang clean + 1 Jerk

B) For time:

C2B Pull-up
5-4-3-2-1
C&J (155/105, 125/85, 95/65, 65/45)
*Scaling option on PU’s
14-12-10-8-6 (50 reps) or 10-8-6-3-2 (30 reps)

Mobility:
1 minute sun salutations
1 minute puppy dog
1 min pigeon (each side)
