5 Back Squat Building
Build heavier than 011522

B) 8 minute AMRAP of:
5 Strict Pullup (Ring row)
10 Box jump (Rx- 28/24″, Scale I-24/20″, Scale II-20/18″, scale to step-ups)

Mobility:
1:30 Couch stretch
