Warm-up:
:30 Air bike
:30 Yoga push-up
:30 T-spine opener
:30 Floor slide
:30 Air bike
:30 Ring row
:10 Strict press
:10 Push press
:10 Push jerk
Warm up BMU or Pullup/Dip
Warm up S2O

WOD:
20 minute AMRAP:
3 BMU (6 Pullup/Ring row & 6 Dip/Pushup)
10/6 Air Bike (Scale to keep up :30)
6 S2O (135/95#, Scale to a load no heavier than 60% of 1RM)
Rest :30 after each round

Mobility:
:45 Archer
:45 Eagle
