A) EMOM x 6 (3 sets)

Odd: 1-3 Rope Climb

  • (Rope get-ups or 2-for-1 Strict PU)

Even: 15-50 DU (30-90 SU)

B) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 sets)

7 Bench press (~75%)

10 Stiff legged deadlift (135/95. 105/75, 85/55, 65/45)

*Only go as far down on the DL as flexibility allows without rounding spine or pull from elevated surface (blocks/stacked plates).

1:00 Seated straddle

1:00 Saddle

1:00 Child’s pose
