Warm-up:
8 Spiderman lunge
10 T-spine opener
5 Up dog/down dog + walk the dog
10 Air squat
5 Burpee
6 Step over
4 Deep squat complex
5 Front squat w/ 2 second pause in bottom
5 Pullup
5 Muscle clean
5 Power clean
6 Box jump over
4 Inchworm

WOD:
Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes (6 sets)
6 Front Squat (from floor, build on sets 1-3)
9 C2B pullup (COB or jumping) Scale reps to 5-8
18 Box jump over (24/20″)
*Record time and load for each set.

Mobility:
1:00 Frog
1:00 Archer
1:00 Straddle
