4 Rounds of:
8 Chest to bar pull-ups (Scale to chin over bar or jumping)
8 Thrusters (115/80, 95/65, 75/55, DB’s)
4 Rounds of:
3/5 Muscle-ups (10 Ring Dips)
10 Pistols (5 each leg)
