Warm-up:
4 Inchworm
10 Scales
4 Deep squat complex
10 Scorpion
10 Superman
6 Spiderman lunge with reach
5 Lat pull
5 Knee raise
:30 Forearm/wrist stretch

WOD:
Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes (5 sets)
16 DB Single leg deadlift (50/35#)
10 Strict T2B (strict hanging knee raise)
300′ Farmers Carry (Length of gym, down & back x 2). Choose a load that allows you to complete 300′ in 2 drops or less.

Mobility:
:30 Forearm wrist stretch
:30 Puppy dog
:30 Child’s pose
1:00 Standing or seated forward fold
1:00 Straddle
