A) Every :90 for 12 minutes (8 sets)
Clean & Jerk
Build over the course of 8 sets
C&J can be power or full, jerk can be push or split.

B) 5 minute AMREP of Power clean + lunge + lunge + push press
at the start of every minute perform 5 bar facing burpees (scale to 3)
Load should be relatively light (95/65, 75/50, 60/45, 45/35)

1 minute lax ball to bottom of foot
1 minute foam roll calf
