14 Speed skater
16 Single leg v-up
6 Spiderman lunge
10 Top down deadlift
8 Muscle clean
6 Power clean
4 Burpee over bar
150m Run

WOD:
Every 3:30 for 21 minutes (6 sets)
6 TNG power clean (165/115#)
150m Run
12 Lateral burpee over bar
Scale load and/or burpee volume to keep each set under 2:30.

Mobility:
1:00 Lying knee twist
