16 Fire hydrant
7 Wallball
7 Tuck jump

WOD:
A) Box Squat (Box height should put you ~parallel at bottom of squat)

*Build over the course of 14 minutes. Compare to 013024.

B) 3 Rounds for max reps:

2 Minute AMRAP:7 Wallball & 7 Box jump over (30/24″)
