Warm-Up:

1 Wall walk up

WOD:
A) E2M for 10 minutes (5 sets)
1-2 WWU + 2-4 Strict HSPU + 4-8 Kipping HSPU

Scaling options:
WWU- Box walk up
Strict HSPU- Pike push up or seated DB strict press
Kipping HSPU- Hand release push-up

B) For time:
400-300-200-100m Run
20-15-10-5 DB Push Press (Rx-50/35, Scale I-35/25, Scale II-25/15)
80-60-40-20 DU (2-for-1 Single-Under)
*15 minute cap
