Warm-up:
10 Leg Swings
2 DSC w/ :03 pause in each position
4 Inchworm
6 Spider-Man lunge
8 Superman
10 Fire hydrant + leg lift
12 Single leg V-up
16 Penguin jump
14 DU or 28 SU
12 Air squat

WOD:
A) Front Squat Wave
7-5-3-7-5-3
*15 minutes including warm-up. Build heavier than last week.

B) For time:
50 V-up (Tuck-up)
75 Air squat
100 DU (200 SU)
*Scale as needed to complete in under 9 minutes.

Mobility:
:45 Frog
:45 Lizard
