4 BTN jerk
4 Front rack jerk
10 T-spine opener
10 Hollow hold
1 Wall walk up w/ :5 hold
4-6 Single arm push press

WOD:
A) 10-10-10 Push Jerk
*12 minutes.

B) For time:
5-4-3-2-1 Wall walk up (Pike walk up)
10-8-6-4-2 Strict T2B (knee raise)
20-16-12-8-4 Single arm push press (50/35#)
10-8-6-4-2 Strict pull-up (Ring row)
*12 minute cap.

Mobility:
:40 Thread the needle
:40 Iron cross
