B) Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes (5 sets) of:
20/15 Cal Assault bike or 400/350m Row
30 DU (45-60 SU)
10 Push press (105/70, 85/55, 60/40)
Scale PP to ~50% of max.
Record times for each interval.
