4 Deep squat complex

10 Top down deadlift
1 Wall walk up w/ :10 hold
WOD:
A) 5 minutes to warm up to a moderately heavy
5 rep Deadlift
Then
Every :90 for 6 minutes (4 sets)
5 Deadlift
B) Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes (4 sets)
200m Run
15 HSPU (scale to 10 reps, scale to a pike pushup on box or a DB push press)
*Focus on quality HSPU instead of speed.
