Warm-up:
10 Leg swing
4 Inchworm
3 Deep squat complex
10 Air Squat
6 Spider-Man lunge
16 Single leg V-up
5 BB front squat

For quality:
Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes (5 sets)
5 Front squat (Build over the course of the first 2-3 sets)
150’ Sled pull (heavy)

Mobility:
1:00 Frog
1:00 Couch stretch
