Warm-up:

WOD:
A) 5 Rounds Each against a 2 minute running clock:
Max Unbroken Hang Power Clean (Use same load as 021621 or ~75% of 1RM
AMREP of Box Jump Overs in remainder of time (24/20″)
Rest 1 minute
Record reps of HPCL & BJO for each round.
B) 300m Farmers Carry (70/53#)
Perform 5 burpees for every drop after the carry is finished.
*10 Minute Cap. Record time and total burpees.
Home WOD:
A) 5 Rounds each against a 2 minute running clock
10-15 DB Hang Power Clean
Max Box Jump over in remainder of time
1 minute rest
B) If you don’t have the ability to do a 300m Farmers Carry
accumulate 5 minutes of a farmers carry march. 5 Burpees for every drop on the spot.
