Warm-up:
10 Leg swings
1 minute Row
1 minute Inchworm pushup lunge
10 Superman
5 V-up complex
8 Bootstrapper
5 (Muscle clean + front squat + Hang power clean)
4 Dbl pushup burpee

WOD:
EMOM x 21 (7 sets)
Minute 1: 250/200m Row (Scale as needed in order to complete in under a minute)
Minute 2: 10 Unbroken Hang power clean (Rx-115/80#, Scale I-95/65, Scale II- 75/50, Scale III 55/35)
Minute 3: 6-12 Double pushup burpee

Mobility:
1:00 Straddle (L/M/R)
