B) EMOM x 18 minutes (6 Sets)
Minute 1: 3-5 MU or 5-10 Ring Dips
Minute 2: 5-10 HSPU or Seated DB press
Minute 3: 7-10 Hang Power Clean (135/95, 105/75, 85/55, 65/35)

Mobility:
1 minute foam roll lat (each side)
1 minute foam roll upper back
1 minute lizard (each side)
