WORKOUT 19.3
For time:
200-ft. dumbbell overhead lunge (Scaled front rack lunge)

*Those not signed up for Open will be doing 72 alternating lunges in place


50 dumbbell box step-ups (24/20″)


50 strict handstand push-ups

(5″ elevation or strict DB press for those not signed up for Open)


200-ft. handstand walk (Bear crawl)


Time cap: 10 minutes

Mobility:
1 minute couch
1 minute pigeon
