EMOM x 24 (8 sets)

Minute 1: 5-7 Power Snatch (Use 55-60% of 1RM)
Minute 2: 4-7 Burpee C2B (Scale to Burpee COB/Jumping pullup)
Minute 3: 6-12 Box Jump Over (24/20″)
*Play it smart on PU’s especially if you tend to rip!

1 minute foam roll lat (each side)
1 minute foam roll upper back
2 minute dbl lax ball to t-spine
