Every 6 minutes for 24 minutes (4 sets):
25 DU (Scale 15 DU or 40 SU)
20 Renegade row (35/25#)
15 Goblet squats (35/25#)
10 Inverted burpee (Scale to 7)
150m Run
2 Rope climb (Scale to 1 or 2 Strict PU+2 T2B for each climb)
*If you do not finish within 6 minutes scale volume.
If you finish under 4 minutes add load to renegade row & goblet squat.

Mobility:

5 minute general foam roll
