Bear crawl
Jog
Samson lunge
Backwards jog
Side shuffle down and back
then
10 Hollow rock
10 Cossack squat

WOD:
For time:
2000m Run
100 V-up
100 Slamball (20/10#)
*This workout can be partitioned as needed. You may break it up into: 10 Rnds of: 200m run, 10 V-up, 10 slamball, or perform it straight through unpartitioned, or anything between!
**Scale as needed in order to finish in under 24 minutes.
