Warm-up:

:30 Scales R leg
:30 Scales L leg
:30 Bike
:30 Burpee

WOD:

A) Every 2 minute for 8 minute:
16 Single Leg DB Deadlift (Choose a load that allows you to maintain good form)

B) Partner WOD:
10 minute AMRAP
10 Calorie Air Bike
10 Burpee
P1 complete 1 round, then P2 complete 1 round.

Mobility:
1:00 Straddle
1:00 Lizard
