For total time:

10 snatches (95/65, 65/45)
12 bar-facing burpees (Scaled can step over bar)
Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
3 rounds of:
10 bar muscle-ups (COB, not signed up for open have option of C2B)
12 bar-facing burpees

Time cap: 12 minutes

Mobility:
2 minutes pigeon
