10 chest-to-bar pull-ups (Scaled- jumping chest to bar, 55+-chin over bar)

Rest 1 minute, then:

5 rounds of:
7 thrusters, weight 2
7 bar muscle-ups (Scaled- chin over bar, 55+-chest to bar)

Rx- Weight 1: 95/65, Weight 2: 135/95
Scaled- Weight 1: 65/45, Weight 2: 95/65

Time cap: 15 minutes
