5RM Strict Press
In 10 minutes find your 5 rep max. No more than 5 sets.

Conditioning:
Partner WOD
15 minute AMRAP
7 Thrusters (95/65)
7 Bar-facing burpees
Partner 1 completes one full round then partner 2 completes one full round.
