Minute 2: 10-20 DU (2for1 SU) + 5 Power clean (155/105# or ~60%)

Minute 3: 12 DB Step-ups (20/18″, 35/25#)

*Extend working leg fully before putting non-working leg on box.

Mobility: 2 minute quad rollout w/ barbell (each side)
