9 Hollow rock
7 Pushup
5 Deep squat complex

WOD/Home WOD:
5-7 Rounds of:
10 Wallball (20/14#)
15 Burpee
30 Single leg v-up
1 minute rest
*20 minute cap. Home WOD: sub Db thruster. Single arm if you have heavy DB’s.

Mobility:
1:00 Frog
1:00 Saddle
1:00 Standing straddle
